I'm Dani!
Welcome to the inner workings of my mind otherwise known as A Cause 4 Madness!
I spent the better part of the last three decades often getting stomped on and pushed around while being the overly nice girl. It didn't get me far in life.
What it did get me was Complex PTSD and a pretty big chip on my shoulder.
Now at 37 I've decided I'm done holding my tongue and pretending everything is just peachy keen. I'm expressing myself in every way and letting the world know exactly how I feel.
This blog will be a cluster of opinions, debate, creative chaos, and just about anything you can imagine really. I may even take requests!
I also plan to share a wealth of vet and animal care knowledge with everyone from my almost two decades worth of experience in the field! My hope is to bring practical skills and understanding to your own home knowing just how hard it can be nowadays to afford the rising costs of veterinary care.
So thanks for joining me and looking forward to getting to know one another better during this wild and crazy journey of mine!
Who is Dani?
Dani is a single female animal rights advocate and former veterinary technician living in the very remote regions of Northern New England, USA. She lives with her eight rescue cats of many ridiculous names, her corn snake Tango and the many wild animals she tries to befriend like a Disney Princess.
Her various hobbies include reading, painting, photography, writing, stargazing, travel, nature, and anything that gives her an adrenaline rush. She is obsessed with Halloween, the paranormal, velociraptors, and Lady Gaga.
She willingly admits she will probably die by trying to pet something she shouldn't.
Recently, she was diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after over two decades of exposure to extremely toxic and emotionally abusive environments/people took a massive toll on her mentally. Her current goals include healing her many invisible scars and starting her life fresh.
This Blog is just one chapter in Dani's journey to a new beginning.
